  Thanks for the posts :-)

  I'm not doing bad actually, thanks for checking in! I'm adjusting to not being as agile mostly, that seemed to come overnight, and learning to manage/live with the uncertainty of a circulatory disease. It could be worse, I'm a lucky one.

  How are you doing? Done anything you've found interesting lately? 

  My son just had an operation on his leg, yesterday (day patient) and is healing well 😀

  We have a very sunny day today, 27° C is balmy for the UK, we're usually dressed up in thick coats and scarves. It changes abruptly I suppose coz we're such a little island.
