An unusual question

In my school of Taoism, there is no prohibition against following another another path as well. One can be a Taoists AND a Christian, Jew, Buddhist,or, presumably, a Witch as well. Does being a Witch allow a person to do that? I'm asking because my partner is Jewish, but she's been told on a number of occasions she's a Witch. She is very hesitant about learning about being a Witch, even though I've told her some of the nicest people I've met here and in person are, in fact, Witches. If I had to classify her, it would be a Solitary Clueless White Witch. I'm trying to encourage her to at least explore what it is to be a Witch, but she's apprehensive. If she can be a Jewish Witch, she might be more receptive. Your best answers and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would like to see her explore a side of herself that I think scares her a bit.
